How To Guide - App Setup and/or New Phone Update

If you are a new member of The Lab, welcome! We are happy to have you. If you are a current member, thank you for being part of The Lab!

In either case, if you need to get the Pure Mobile (Isonas) app configured to access the facility, please complete the steps outlined below:

  • Open the Pure Mobile app on the phone(s) you would like to have access (member(s) and/or parent is acceptable)
  • Click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of the screen
  • Select "View Device ID"
  • Email the member's name and a screen shot of the ID (and type it out) to [email protected]

We will get everything configured and respond back once this has been completed. Please allow us 24 hours to complete this process (might be longer on weekends and/or holidays). You are not permitted to use the facility until you receive confirmation from The Lab stating that your access has been configured.
