Summer is almost here! Make sure you secure your spot now for our Sports Performance Programs! Youth, Middle, High School and College athletes will receive high-level strength and conditioning coaching.

Our programs will cover everything from speed, agility, strength, endurance, flexibility, mental toughness, and components needed to build athleticism and confidence.

At The Lab - our focus is on building the complete athlete!

It doesn't matter to us how old the athlete is or what their current skill level is. That said, this program is certainly not for everyone. We are only interested in working with athletes that are committed to being the best they can be physically and mentally, in sports and in life. We strive for quality rather than quantity.

What is SPT?

Sports performance training (SPT) is training of the body and mind to prepare the athlete for the rigors of sports.  The benefits include: injury prevention, decreased wasted effort due to improper technique, increased postural control and balance, increased agility, coordination, speed, strength, and elevated maximum power output.

Regardless to what sport the athlete plays, our team of trainers will help make your athlete more well rounded, versatile, functionally and mechanically sound - all while increasing speed, quickness and coordination.

Program Detais:

This particular program is open to anyone 8-18 years old (COED) - Trainers will group according to age, level, etc. Athletes older than 18, please email us at [email protected] for options!

*TLA membership is not required to join this program - all particpants will be provided with an access code to enter the facility after registration.

When:

  • 10 Week commitment - options for beginners to advanced 
  • June 14th - August 20th

Cost:

  • $320 paid upfront (no prorated dues or refunds for missed sessions)
  • We are offering a discount if you have more than one athlete interested in this program - email [email protected] for details (must be same family/household).

Options:

  • New/beginners (new to TLA performance training or less than 6 months in any other strength training program)
    • M/W - 10-11am
    • T/Th - 10-11am
    • Friday - 10-11am (makeup day)
  • Intermediate/Advanced (has been training consistently for more than 6 months)
    • M/W - 8-9am
    • T/Th - 8-9am
    • Friday - 8-9am (makeup day)
