Yoga for Athletes
 
Yoga for young athletes can be a great addition to a training regimen for basketball, baseball, football, volleyball, hockey and more. Build strength, enhance balance and increase flexibility. 
 

Yoga enhances athletic performance in many ways:

  • Learn valuable skills for alleviating pre-game/performance jitters
  • Enhance body awareness
  • Improves strength, flexibility and range of motion to boost overall performance and reduce incidents of injury.
  • Develop stability and balance

  • Free trial Sepmteber 2nd at 7pm - Reservations closed - stay tuned for next opportunity.
  • Program starts September 14th
  • Mondays and Wednesdays 7-7:30pm
    • Additional classes may be added, depending on interest
  • Ages 8-18 are welcome (COED)
    • Instructor will work within each person's comfort and ability level and modify excercises accordingly
  • Classes limited to 8 participants
