It doesn't matter to us how old the athlete is or what their current skill level is. That said, this program is certainly not for everyone. We are only interested in working with athletes that are committed to being the best they can be physically and mentally, in sports and in life. We strive for quality rather than quantity.

Overview:

The Lab Athletic is currently offering weekly Sports Performance Training (any sport).

Sports performance training (SPT) is training of the body and mind to prepare the athlete for the rigors of sports.  The benefits include: injury prevention, decreased wasted effort due to improper technique, increased postural control and balance, increased agility, coordination, speed, strength, and elevated maximum power output.

Regardless to what sport the athlete plays, our team of trainers will help make your athlete more well rounded, versatile, functionally and mechanically sound - all while increasing speed, quickness and coordination.

Program Detais:

This particular program is broken down by age (see below). Athletes older than 19 or younger than 7, please email us at [email protected] for options!

*TLA membership is not required to join this program. 

 

*Tution is prorated based on when you register within a given month.

 

Youth Group Training (8-12 Years Old)

 

Our goal with our youth program is to retain athletes for a long time! We want to help them achieve the results they desire - we will be with them every step of the way!

 

*Limited to 10 athletes at a given time within this group. Waiting list will be activated when we reach capacity.

 

2x per week [$140 per month]

  • Choose any one of the following days/times to attend:
    • M/W 4-5pm or 5-6pm or 6-7pm
    • Fri. 4-5pm or 5-6pm
    • Sat. 9-10am or 10-11am

Middle/HS Group Training (13+ Years Old)

 

Small group pricing, with 1:1 results! Although this is group training, programs will be customized for each athlete and individual attention will be provided.  

 

*Limited to 7-10 athletes at a given time within this group. Waiting list will be activated when we reach capacity.

 

2x per week [$165 per month]

  • Choose any one of the following days/times to attend:
    • M/W 4-5pm or 5-6pm or 6-7pm
    • Fri. 4-5pm or 5-6pm
    • Sat. 9-10am or 10-11am
