Speed, Strength, Agility, and Mindset

It doesn't matter to us how old the athlete is or what their current skill level is. That said, this program is certainly not for everyone. We are only interested in working with athletes that are committed to being the best they can be physically and mentally, in sports and in life. We strive for quality rather than quantity.

Overview:

The Lab Athletic is currently offering weekly Sports Performance Training (any sport).

Sports performance training (SPT) is training of the body and mind to prepare the athlete for the rigors of sports.  The benefits include: injury prevention, decreased wasted effort due to improper technique, increased postural control and balance, increased agility, coordination, speed, strength, and elevated maximum power output.

Regardless to what sport the athlete plays, our team of trainers will help make your athlete more well rounded, versatile, functionally and mechanically sound - all while increasing speed, quickness and coordination.

Program Detais:

This particular program is open to anyone 8-18 years old (COED) - Trainers will group according to age, level, etc. Athletes older than 18, please email us at [email protected] for options!

*TLA membership is not required to join this program. 

Note: Register for the frequency/plan you would like below, then email us at [email protected] and let us know which days you would like your athlete to attend. This is not something you select during the registration process.

 

*Tution is prorated based on when you register within a given month. If you want to sign up, but don't plan on starting until June, please email us so we can hold your spot - then you can wait to register until right before the first day.

1x per week [$120 per month]

  • Choose any one of the following days/times to attend:
    • M/W 4:30-5:30pm, 5-6pm or 6-7pm
    • T/Th 5-6pm or 6-7pm
    • Sat. 10-11am
    • Summer daytime availability
      • ​M/W 9-10am
      • T/Th 9-10am
      • Fri. 9-10m

  • Choose two days from the following options:
    • M/W 4:30-5:30pm, 5-6pm or 6-7pm

      • T/Th 9-10am
      • Fri. 9-10m

* If you need to customize your 2 days to something different than either M/W or T/Th, please let us know as we can be somewhat flexible to try and accomodate your schedule - as long as spots are available.
