Speed, Strength, Agility, and Mindset

It doesn't matter to us how old the athlete is or what their current skill level is. That said, this program is certainly not for everyone. We are only interested in working with athletes that are committed to being the best they can be physically and mentally, in sports and in life. We strive for quality rather than quantity.

Overview:

The Lab Athletic is currently offering weekly Sports Performance Training (any sport).

Sports performance training (SPT) is training of the body and mind to prepare the athlete for the rigors of sports.  The benefits include: injury prevention, decreased wasted effort due to improper technique, increased postural control and balance, increased agility, coordination, speed, strength, and elevated maximum power output.

Regardless to what sport the athlete plays, our team of trainers will help make your athlete more well rounded, versatile, functionally and mechanically sound - all while increasing speed, quickness and coordination.

Options:

*Each session is 60 minutes in length

  • 1x per week $80 per month
  • 2x per week $100 per month
  • Unlimited per week $135 per month

*At the time of registration, you will be charged the prorated amount for the given month and you are also enrolling in autopayment, which will come out the 1st of each month (through August 2020). Details for our fall program will be released in early August.

    • 5:30-6:30pm (Combined Age Group - Trainer will separate accordingly)
  • Tuesdays
    • 10-11am | Youth/Middle School
    • 11am-12pm | High School
    • 5:30-6:30pm (Combined Age Group - Trainer will separate accordingly)
  • Wednesdays
    • 10-11am | Youth/Middle School
    • 11am-12pm | High School
    • 5:30-6:30pm (Combined Age Group - Trainer will separate accordingly)
  • Thursdays
    • 10-11am | Youth/Middle School
    • 11am-12pm | High School
    • 5:30-6:30pm (Combined Age Group - Trainer will separate accordingly)
  • Fridays
    • 11:15 am-12:15pm (Combined Age Group - Trainer will separate accordingly)

*TLA membership is not required to join this program

Choose one, two, or unlimited days per week and then email us with your preferred days/times thelabathletic@gmail.com. If you have something come up and need to come to a different day or time on a given week, just send us an email in advance as we are happy to accommodate when possible.
