Speed School

We are excited to teach athletes to be faster, quicker, and more explosive. Our Speed School Program, will break down linear, lateral, and change of direction movement mechanics that translate well in competition. Each week we will progress these key elements to help athletes tap into a new level of their athleticism.

Speed School program focuses on mastering these key elements. 

  • Linear Speed
  • Lateral Movement
  • Proper Sprinting Mechanics (Position, Posture, Placement and Running Rhythm)
  • Acceleration
  • Deceleration
  • Max Velocity
  • Change of direction

Saturday mornings 9-11am - June 5th - July 24th

Training will be held outdoors at a nearby field - more information to come! Refunds will be provided if we have to cancel a session due to bad weather. Otherwise, there will be no refunds.
