"At Home" Create Your Legacy - Training Program
 

4 Week at Home Strength and Conditioning Program:

For all our athletes stuck at home, we have a plan for you to stay in shape! While we are on shut down, we will create an individualized A 4-week program that can be done at home in the basement, garage, living room, etc. Your program will contain all the essentials for athletic development and can be done with MINIMAL equipment. Spots are limited!

Cost- $50/ Month

What’s Next?

1.       Email the Lab Athletic and let us know you are interested in the 4 Week at Home Program and we will respond registration info

2.       Text a video of all the equipment you have at home to (612)-462-9459

3.       Hang-tight our coaches will design your program in 24-48 hours and schedule a time to walk through the program with you

4.       Let’s get to work! Our Coaches will check in on you to see how the training is going weekly.

About the Lead Trainer:

Antawan Walker, USAWI / CSCS (2020) - Director of Sports Performance Training at The Lab Athletic

Strength & Conditioning / Athletic Performance Coach

Overview:

Born and raised in Riviera Beach, Florida Antawan was quickly introduced to competing against some of the best athletes in the country.

After a stellar Football and Track career at University of Wisconsin Stout. Antawan received All Conference WIAC awards and was invited to attend multiple NFL and Arena League tryouts. After falling short of making a professional roster, Antawan turned his passion into opportunities to help advance athletes in the twin cities via strength and conditioning.

Antawan’s training philosophy is to “have our athletes dominate the end of the game or match, by applying consistent foundation of technique in the weight room. In return our athletes have become bigger, faster and stronger than their opponents”

  • Park Center HS - Head Strength and Conditioning (14 Varsity Sports)
  • Head Track and Field Coach / Varsity Football Coach
  • 5 + Years in the private training sector
